If you are part of the community we call The Koru (aka Founding Members) you’ll remember we do Zoom meet ups throughout the year! This Māori word pronounced Kor-oo with a rolled “r” (not the easiest I know!) represents new beginnings, life and hope. Here is me holding a branch of a punga tree in New Zealand with multiple small koru’s emerging. I found it on the trail while walking in the forest at the animal farm sanctuary I stayed at over the New Year. I felt like a warrior holding it up. I even slept with it next to me for the whole stay because I felt so much strength (and also vulnerability) emanating from it.

In one week, on Wednesday 30th of April at 7pm EST, I’ll be hosting a Zoom hang with those of you supporting me at the Koru level (which really means a lot to me—it helps to support my work as an artist in these uncertain times). I know there’s a fair amount of new people who have joined the Koru since last time and I’d love you to introduce yourself below if so.

If you’re feeling called to upgrade up your current subscription to the Koru tier so you can attend this event and others, you can manage your Subscription by clicking here.
