As I read the first words....'Please come home'...I had tears.
I don't know why, but I have learned to lean into my feelings, whether grief or happiness.
It is truly how we learn to feel for ourselves and for others, and to have true empathy for all.
I found a song called "Lovesick" by Laufey [Laufey Lín Jónsdóttir] and I love how it describes how I still feel about my sweetheart of 36 years, even after his death 16+ months ago.
It could apply to feelings with a break-up or divorce too.
